Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and packaged within 1-3 days from the date of purchase. Different courier services may be used depending on where the package will arrive. Once the order is fulfilled and a tracking number is generated, an email will be sent with shipping information.

My order has shipped- where is it?

Once the order is fulfilled and dropped off to the courier service, ANSAR OFFICIAL LLC does not have control over status of the order. Please expect the following shipping time depending on the courier used: 

USA: Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days with FedEx, UPS, USPS

Canada: Estimated delivery time 7-10 business days with DHL, UPS (depending on where the products are shipped)

International: Estimated delivery time 7-10 business days with DHL, UPS (depending on where the products are shipped)

*Please note: We are a small business who prepare/pack/ship all items ourselves. We really appreciate your patience while we work on getting all orders shipped with the highest quality control! 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please inquire with postal service after the package is delivered before contact support.

Can I place a wholesale order?

Yes! We're happy to offer customizable quotes, color, and font on your choice of apparel (hoodies/sweats). Wholesale orders are available but will need additional time to process depending on the quantity ordered. Please order 1.5-2 months in advance to ensure accurate delivery time.

Return & Exchanges

How can I return an item?

All sale items are final sale. At the moment, we are not accepting any returns. 

If you notice a problem with your order, please contact us at with your order number, description, and picture of the issue. 

*All shipping costs are non-refundable

Can I exchange an item? The size is not right for me.

If you decide to exchange an item after the order is received, please contact us with your name, order number, and product you would like to exchange with. Since our stock fluctuates, exchanges are not guaranteed. Exchanges are only accepted if the apparel is unwashed, unaltered, free of scents/marks/stains, and with the original tags. 

Please note there is a 5 days period from the date your order is delivered to qualify for an exchange. We urge you to check all apparel after receiving the order to ensure timely exchange processing. The customer is fully responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?

If you do not have shipping confirmation after your order is placed, you may contact us with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation. 

Order cancellations are accepted within a 24 hour window of placing your order. Any cancellation requests outside of this window will not be accepted.
